Modernisation of district heating networks and construction of municipal heat sources based on renewable energy in Daszyna Municipality – Part I

Summary

This is a design-and-build works contract for modernising the district heating network in Daszyna and constructing municipal heat sources based on renewable energy. The contractor must prepare the design documentation, obtain the necessary permits and approvals, and carry out the construction works. The scope includes heat source units, a heat storage facility, a photovoltaic electricity installation, heat pump works, network piping and metering, geodetic works, tests and commissioning documents. The bid is evaluated on price, warranty and the use of zero-emission vehicles. The contractor must also organise participation of at least two client representatives in an EHPA conference in Milan in April 2027.
