Replacement of the central heating installation in building No. 9 within the military complex in Giżycko

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to replace the central heating installation in building No. 9 within a military complex in Giżycko. The contractor must dismantle the existing heating system, install new piping, radiators, heating-ventilation units and control equipment, carry out tests and commissioning, build a regulating node with a weather controller, and handle waste. Participation requires BDO registration, at least two similar heating-installation works worth at least PLN 150,000 gross each, and two licensed specialists: one for heating/ventilation/gas/water/sewage installations and one for electrical and power installations. A bid security of PLN 5,500 is required, and the contract performance security is also required.
