Summary

The tender concerns the supply and delivery of clothing and sports equipment for units and institutions supplied by the 4th Military Economic Unit. The contract is divided into 7 lots: sports hall, general sport, gym, SERE, skiing, climbing and swimming pool. The delivery period is 30 days from contract signature for each lot. Price is the only award criterion. The bidder must submit the offer form, the price form for the relevant lot, the declaration under Article 125(1), and, where applicable, a document proving authority to represent the bidder or a consortium power of attorney. The unit price of any item may not exceed PLN 9,999.99 gross.
