Summary

This is a supply contract divided into 3 lots: sports equipment, sports clothing and shooting clay targets. Delivery is to the 13th Military Economic Unit warehouse in Grudziądz within 60 days. The award criterion is price only. For lots 1 to 3, the bidder must show at least three relevant deliveries from the last 3 years, with minimum total values of PLN 100,000 gross, PLN 50,000 gross and PLN 10,000 gross respectively. The bidder must also submit the required exclusion declarations.
