Adaptation and preparation of premises at the Day Care Centre in Żnin for the delivery of social services for people needing support in daily functioning

Summary

The contract concerns construction works to adapt part of an existing public building in Żnin, currently used as a kindergarten, for a day care centre while keeping the kindergarten function in the remaining part of the building. The works include new door openings, external PVC joinery, internal finishing works, partitions, floor replacement, sanitary finishes and related building works. The bidder must submit the offer electronically, provide a bid security of PLN 7,000, and meet the required experience and key staff qualifications. The award criteria are price and warranty period.
