Revitalisation of degraded areas after the gravel pit excavations for tourist use – Stage II

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for revitalising degraded areas after the gravel pit excavations and developing them for tourist use in Stage II. The works include a water playground basin, a one-storey technical and sanitary building, leisure areas with small architecture, delivery and installation of technological equipment for the water playground, changing rooms and outdoor showers, utility connections, green areas, walkways, site hardening including an access road, and a slab for an ice rink with accompanying infrastructure. The bidder must meet the exclusion rule under Article 108(1), prove experience with at least one similar construction contract worth at least PLN 1,000,000 gross, and provide key technical staff with the required construction qualifications. The price and warranty are the award criteria.
