Summary

The tender concerns construction works to modernise toilets at facilities of the Ursynowski Centre for Sport and Recreation in Warsaw, split into three lots: ZOS Moczydło at Pod Strzechą 3, ZOS Hawajska at Dereniowa 48, and the changing-room and sanitary building at the Orlik pitch on Przy Bażantarni 3. The award criterion is price only. The bidder must submit the offer electronically, complete the offer form for the chosen lot or lots, provide an itemised cost estimate, accept the tender documents, and, if using subcontractors, state the subcontracted scope. Joint bidders must appoint a representative and later sign a cooperation agreement if their bid is selected.
