Modernisation of pavement surfaces along Matejki Street buildings, with benches and driveway reconstruction

Summary

This is a works contract for modernising pavement surfaces along buildings on Matejki Street, installing two benches, creating paths and benches in the 11 Listopada/Słoneczna courtyard, and reconstructing a driveway and pavement in Bohaterów Warszawy Street. The contract is divided into 3 lots, and bids may be submitted for all lots. The award criteria are price and warranty period. The bidder must be able to prove experience in at least 2 similar construction works in the last 5 years for each lot, or 6 works if bidding for all lots, and must submit the required declarations, work list, cost estimates and supporting documents. A performance bond is required.
