Thermal modernisation of the Village Community Centre building in Majdan Górny

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for the thermal modernisation of the Village Community Centre building in Majdan Górny. The works include insulation of external and foundation walls and ceilings, partial replacement of windows and doors, lightning protection works, installation of a photovoltaic system and an air-source heat pump, and related modernization of the central heating system. The contractor must also prepare and hand over the building’s energy performance certificate. The bidder must submit tenders electronically. The price is weighted at 60 points and the warranty period at 40 points.
