Modernisation of municipal roads

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for the modernisation of municipal roads. The contractor must carry out the road works in accordance with the technical description, project documentation and draft contract terms, and may offer equivalent products or solutions where allowed. The tender is not divided into lots and electronic submission is required. The bid will be evaluated on price and the warranty/liability period. The bidder must also meet the participation conditions, including the required site manager / road works manager and proof of at least three comparable road construction, reconstruction or renovation works worth at least PLN 500,000 gross each.
