Construction of a warehouse for civil protection purposes

Summary

This is a works contract for the design and construction of a warehouse for civil protection and population protection needs in Lubiatowo, in a design-and-build formula. The contractor must prepare full design documentation, obtain the necessary opinions, approvals and permits, and carry out the construction works, including foundations, structure, internal and external installations, site development, social and sanitary rooms, and warehouse equipment. The bidder must also meet insurance, experience and staffing requirements, provide a bid security of PLN 10,000, and submit tenders electronically in Polish.
