Improving energy efficiency and reducing heat purchase costs for recipients in Czarnków Municipality (second procedure)

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, installation and commissioning of three new photovoltaic systems with energy storage at municipal school facilities, plus one additional photovoltaic system with energy storage and a heat pump at the village hall in Gębice. The contractor must also prepare the design, arrange the building works notifications and obtain the required fire-safety assessment for the energy storage installations. The bidder must submit tenders electronically in Polish. The award criteria are price and warranty period. The bidder must demonstrate technical experience with at least two completed supply-and-installation contracts for photovoltaic systems with energy storage, each worth at least PLN 70,000 gross, or an equivalent combination of one photovoltaic system contract and one energy storage contract.
