Summary

The tender concerns successive supply of liquid fuels for the contracting authority’s vehicles: up to 110,000 litres of diesel meeting PN-EN 590 and the applicable quality regulation, and up to 1,000 litres of unleaded petrol 95 meeting PN-EN 228 and the applicable quality regulation. The contract lasts 4 months, the only award criterion is price, and bids must be submitted electronically. To participate, the bidder must not be excluded, must hold the required permit or concession, and must have at least one 24/7 fuel station in Lubin with an automatic fuel distribution system.
