Development of tourism infrastructure in Pierzchnica municipality

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the development of tourism infrastructure in Pierzchnica municipality. The contractor must build two public recreational shelters, one in Pierzchnica and one in Wierzbie, together with related small infrastructure, picnic tables, bicycle stands, waste bins and promotional information boards, and must also carry out as-built geodetic inventory and obtain the necessary administrative approvals for use if required. The contract is a lump-sum works contract, to be completed by 20 November 2026. The bid is evaluated on price and extension of the warranty period. The bidder must submit the bid electronically, provide bid security of PLN 2,500, and meet the experience requirement of at least two comparable public-building works worth at least PLN 50,000 each in the last 5 years.
