Service inspections of medical equipment with optional services

Summary

The tender concerns recurring service inspections of medical equipment over 24 months, split into 72 lots. The basic service is periodic inspections; the optional service covers diagnostics and repair of damaged medical equipment and devices. A bidder may submit an offer for all or selected lots. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish. The winning bidder must later provide proof of the required experience, and for certain lots proof of authorised service status. Before contract signature, the winning bidder must also present civil liability insurance of at least PLN 400,000.
