The contract concerns road repair and resurfacing works on Rolnicza Street in Chełm Śląski, on an approximately 800 m section from the Polna Street junction to the municipal boundary. The contractor must carry out temporary traffic organisation, demolition of the existing bituminous surface, earthworks, removal and disposal of excavated material, road formation, base and wearing layers, shoulders, and final traffic organisation. The tender is a works contract, priced only on the basis of price, with a bid security of PLN 6,000 and performance security of 5% of the gross contract price. The bidder must have completed at least two road works worth at least PLN 300,000 gross each in the last 5 years and must nominate a construction manager with unlimited road construction qualifications.
