Photovoltaic installation at Kindergarten No. 4 in Ustroń, including roof modernisation

Summary

The contract concerns construction works for a photovoltaic installation of 18.24 kW, an energy storage system of 10 kWh and related technical infrastructure, together with roof modernisation works at Kindergarten No. 4 in Ustroń. The work must be carried out on an operating facility, in line with the technical documentation, with ongoing coordination with the facility manager and the investor supervision inspector. The selected contractor must notify the grid operator and the fire service, submit a detailed cost estimate before contract signing, prepare as-built documentation, keep the required civil liability insurance of at least PLN 400,000 during performance, and provide a performance security equal to 5% of the offer price. The tender is for the whole contract only, with no lots or variant offers.
