Development of the Thermal Health Park in Tarnowo Podgórne – site infrastructure

Summary

This is a construction works contract for developing the Thermal Health Park in Tarnowo Podgórne and providing site infrastructure. The works cover sanitary, electrical and related earthworks, with a 60-month warranty and defects liability period. The contractor must prepare as-built documentation, organise and secure the construction site, carry out the works with properly authorised personnel, and employ the workers performing the construction tasks under employment contracts. The tender is awarded on price only. The bidder must show technical and professional capacity, including at least 2 comparable underground linear infrastructure projects worth at least PLN 1,200,000 gross each, and must have a construction manager and site managers for structural, sanitary and electrical works.
