Modernisation of rooms for a civil defence warehouse

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to modernise rooms for a civil defence warehouse in Wartkowice. The works include thermal insulation improvements, damp-proofing, central heating, ventilation, electrical, lighting and alarm installations, sanitary works, external shutters, paved access routes and external lighting. The contract lasts 3 months from signing, but no later than 16 November 2026. The award criteria are price (60%) and extended quality guarantee period (40%). The bidder must submit declarations, provide a bid security of PLN 8,000, and, if successful, provide performance security of 5% of the offer price. The bidder must show at least one similar construction contract worth at least PLN 400,000 gross and provide a site manager with the required construction licence and experience.
