Reconstruction of a utility and storage building

Summary

The contract concerns the reconstruction of a utility and storage building in Lubrza at ul. Wolności 73. The works include new door openings, enlarging the door joinery with gate installation, a new floor with sub-base, strengthening walls, foundations, columns and the roof structure, replacing the roof covering, and adapting the building to fire protection requirements. The contract is for one contractor only, with a 3-month completion period. The award criteria are price and warranty period. To participate, the bidder must show at least one similar building works contract worth at least PLN 150,000 gross in the last 5 years and provide a construction manager and an electrical works manager with the required licences. The bidder must also submit the required declarations and, if applicable, resource commitments and joint-bidder documents.
