Summary

The contract concerns Stage I of the renovation of two facades of the ADK-1 headquarters at Pawia 9 in Warsaw, together with foundation insulation, reconstruction of the entrance, lightning protection and external lighting works, and preparation of temporary and permanent traffic organisation. The building will remain in use during the works. The bidder must submit offers in Polish electronically, provide the required declarations and documents, and meet the insurance, experience and staffing requirements. The price is the only award criterion.
