Reconstruction of the municipal road in Biezdrowo-Osady

Summary

The tender concerns construction works for the reconstruction of the municipal road in Biezdrowo-Osady, about 2,950 metres long. The works include a new bituminous carriageway, a pedestrian and cycle path, access roads, shoulders, a short pavement section, a retaining wall, stormwater drainage, protection and reconstruction of electricity, telecom and gas networks, pedestrian crossing lighting, road markings and safety devices, and landscaping works. The contractor must also prepare and implement a temporary traffic organisation plan, obtain permits and pay related fees for works in road reserves, arrange an ornithological opinion for tree felling, and provide archaeological supervision and preliminary excavations. The bidder must meet financial, technical and professional capacity requirements, provide the required declarations and documents, submit bid security of PLN 200,000, and provide performance security.
