The contract concerns the purchase, delivery and installation of a single-function condensing gas boiler at the building on Paderewskiego 20 in Kielce, together with related installation and construction works. The contractor must dismantle the existing boiler, supply and install the new boiler, adapt the sanitary, electrical, automation and flue systems, carry out the necessary building works, prepare as-built documentation, submit the complete application to the technical inspection authority and obtain the operating permit. A site visit is mandatory. The offer is evaluated on price and warranty period. The minimum warranty period is 24 months, and the contract must be completed within 40 days.
