Construction of a workshop

Summary

The tender concerns construction of a workshop for the Zespół Szkół Centrum Kształcenia Rolniczego im. Wł. St. Reymonta in Dobryszyce. The contractor must carry out earthworks, foundations, shell works, roof insulation and sheet-metal works, installation of windows, doors and garage gates, external and internal electrical installation, lightning protection, and prepare an arrangement design for the equipment listed in the tender documents within 30 days after contract signing. The delivery of equipment is not included. The contract lasts 15 months from signing, but no later than 15 December 2027. The award criteria are price and the warranty/guarantee period. The bidder must meet experience requirements, submit the required declarations and documents, provide bid security of PLN 10,000, and later performance security of 5% of the gross price.
