Revitalisation of the southern side of the historic park in Spała

The contract concerns design and construction works for the revitalisation of the southern side of the historic park in Spała, including park lighting, site monitoring, removal of old lighting remnants, hard surfaces for paths and a square, drip irrigation, lawns, shrubs and flowers, maintenance of forest undergrowth and tree crowns, delivery and installation of small-architecture elements, and fencing with gates and wickets. The contractor must also prepare the design documentation, obtain the necessary permits and approvals, provide geodetic services, carry out author’s supervision, and hand over as-built documentation. The tender is for one lot, with no variants, no electronic catalogues and no bid guarantee. The price is 60% and the warranty period is 40% of the award score. The basic warranty is 5 years, and the bidder may extend it by 6, 12, 18 or 24 months. The bidder must have completed at least one comparable monument-related construction contract worth at least PLN 300,000 gross in the last 5 years.
