Thermal modernisation of the school complex building in Łęg

Summary

The contract concerns thermomodernisation works for the school complex building in Łęg. The works include insulation of foundations, above-ground walls and the roof, replacement of windows and doors, bathroom renovation, external stairs and balustrades, sanitary installations, electrical works, telecommunication cabling and related finishing works. The contractor must also organise the site, protect the building, coordinate works with the school management, provide photo documentation, install an information board, remove and reinstall the photovoltaic installation, and hand over an energy performance certificate after completion. The bid must be submitted electronically. The price is 60% and the warranty period is 40% of the award criteria. A bid guarantee of PLN 70,000 is required.
