Legal advisory service for public procurement procedures and other legal support for the project

Summary

The tender concerns legal advisory services for handling public procurement procedures and other legal support for the project to modernise and refurbish the Ząbkowickie Centre of Culture and Tourism building, including the change of its function. The contract runs until the final settlement of the project funding agreement, planned for 31 December 2028. The bidder must submit the offer electronically via the e-Zamówienia platform, in Polish, together with the required declarations, service references, list of staff and, if applicable, resource-provider commitments. The bidder must also provide bid security of PLN 5,000 and later performance security of 5% of the total offer price.
