Reconstruction of selected sections of the fence along Matejki Street

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to reconstruct selected sections of the fence along Matejki Street in Wałbrzych. The works cover a total length of 92.30 m and include earthworks, demolition and disposal of unsuitable soil, use of suitable soil for backfilling, compaction and bearing-capacity tests, and construction of a 1.20 m high steel fence with anti-corrosion protection and a granite plinth. The site is located in a historic urban area under strict conservation protection, so the contractor must follow conservation requirements and notify the heritage conservator about the start/end of works and any risks or new circumstances. The bidder must meet experience and personnel requirements, submit the required declarations and forms, provide bid security of PLN 2,000, and provide performance security.
