Park establishment in Szczucin

Summary

The contract concerns design-and-build construction works for establishing a park in the municipality of Szczucin. The works include small architecture, site equipment, mineral paths, a safe surface from wood chips, solar lighting and monitoring, a rain garden/bio-retention basin, and planting trees, shrubs and perennials. The contractor must also prepare the design documentation and carry out the construction works. The bidder must submit the offer in Polish, provide a bid security of PLN 10,000, and later the successful bidder must provide a performance security of 5% of the gross bid price. The bidder must show relevant experience in at least two land development construction works and two design services, and must nominate at least one site manager with the required construction licence.
