Summary

The contract concerns a comprehensive conservation restoration of a historic wooden pavilion over the Józia spring in Truskavets, Ukraine. The contractor must carry out the works within 9 months, provide at least a 60-month warranty, submit a bid security of PLN 2,000, and later a performance security equal to 3% of the gross bid price.
