This is a supply contract for the successive delivery of food products for School and Preschool Complex No. 23 in Wrocław, divided into 9 lots: poultry, meat and cold cuts, frozen fish, fruit and vegetables, squeezed food products, frozen products, fresh juices, ready-made products and bread. Deliveries are made in batches according to the contracting authority’s current needs, by the supplier’s own vehicle, chilled where required, and within 16 hours of the order, no later than 08:00. The contract runs for 12 months. The award criterion is price only. The bidder must submit the offer electronically in Polish, with the required declaration and the price quotation form; joint bids and subcontracting are allowed under the rules in the tender documents.
