Preparation of the programme concept for the construction of the Konotop bypass along provincial roads No. 278 and 315

The contract concerns preparation of the preliminary variant concept and then the programme concept for a new section of provincial road forming the Konotop bypass, including environmental decision materials, geotechnical opinion, road safety audit, economic analysis and all required drawings and documents. The contractor must also obtain the environmental decision, prepare the bid documents and provide the required paper and electronic copies. Participation requires relevant technical and professional experience, a named road design engineer with unrestricted road design qualifications, bid security of PLN 8,000, and performance security of 5% of the total bid price.
