IKT Valdres IKS is procuring services for a new general property valuation for property tax purposes in Øystre Slidre municipality, effective from 2028. The contract is divided into two lots: professional support for the general valuation of properties, including development and calibration of a valuation model, trial valuations, training, quality assurance, sample checks, valuation of specified properties, and assistance with public review and appeals; and valuation of energy facilities and power grids included in the municipality’s property tax base, with documentation, quality assurance, and assistance with public review and appeals.
