Guarding and security services

Summary

Police Shared Services is seeking a framework agreement with one supplier for guarding and security services for the police. The services include reception services, static guarding, a security and alarm control centre, escort services and mobile guarding, including during periods of heightened readiness. Service delivery is mandatory in Oslo and Akershus and at the Police University College in Stavern; other police units and the Police Security Service may place orders under the framework agreement. The contract is planned to start on 9 March 2027 and run for two years, with extension options of one year plus one year, for a maximum term of four years. The framework agreement has a maximum value of NOK 250,000,000 excluding VAT.
