Temporary framework agreements for the procurement of compound tradesman services

Summary

Oslo municipality represented by Oslobygg KF seeks to establish a temporary framework agreement for compound tradesman services. The framework covers service assignments, regular maintenance and major maintenance projects requiring coordination across several trades to ensure capacity and continuity until the ordinary framework agreement is established. The agreement will run for 9 months, with an option to extend for a further 3 months, for a total maximum duration of 12 months. The tenderer is expected to be a legally established company and to meet financial capacity, environmental and quality management requirements, as well as possess relevant experience with comparable framework agreements.
