Internal control and operation/maintenance of electrical installations - RK2026

Summary

The procurement aims to establish two framework agreements to ensure good and auditable internal control of electrical services and to cover the municipality's additional needs for electrical services including materials beyond what the municipality uses from its own staff. There will be two service areas; Part 1 – operation and maintenance; Part 2 – internal control. The contracts will last 2 years with an option to extend for 1+1 year. The estimated value is about NOK 14 million for Part 1 and NOK 1.8 million for Part 2, with maximum values of NOK 15.1 million and NOK 2.3 million over four years. The need may increase or decrease during the contract period as the municipality acquires or disposes of buildings. The municipality uses Facilit FDVU for documentation; suppliers must deliver through the electronic logging solution. The tender allows different suppliers for the two service areas.
