Archive media conversion

Summary

The contract concerns the media conversion of a paper archive into a digital version. Approximately 270 shelf meters of paper archive material, as well as memory devices and CDs, will be converted to digital form. The paper archive will be organized and catalogued, and the conversion to digital form will be completed. The digitally archived materials shall be delivered in digital format to the Oslo City Archive in accordance with the archive's requirements, including retention and disposal rules under the OKA plan. The digital original must meet quality requirements, and the paper originals may be destroyed after the completion of quality control of the new digital original.
