Digital communication and research services for the Social Service Time programme

Summary

The Ministry of Education, Culture and Science is procuring integrated digital communication and research services for the Social Service Time (MDT) programme, which supports young people aged 12 to 30. The services include planning, delivery, coordination, monitoring and improvement of communications and research, together with a secure database, a connected Customer Data Platform and research tools, including their implementation, migration, operation and development. The initial term is two years, with options to extend twice for one year each.
