Construction contractor for the IKC Oost project in Brunssum

Summary

The Municipality of Brunssum is procuring a construction contractor to join the project team and help prepare and deliver IKC Oost. The project expands, renovates and makes the Bronsheim community facility more sustainable, integrating the De Boemerang special primary school. Work will be phased to maintain the continuity of education, childcare, sports and other activities; the existing school building will be used temporarily and later demolished in stages. The project budget is €3,565,000 excluding VAT.
