Summary

Stichting Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam is procuring a flexible pool of security guards to supplement its own staff at the museum in Amsterdam, covering regular opening hours, events and, when needed, incidents. The services include visitor-facing supervision, monitoring entrances and museum areas, responding to risks and emergencies, and enforcing visitor rules. One supplier will be appointed under a framework agreement with an initial two-year term and two possible one-year extensions, for a maximum of four years. The estimated framework value is €1,950,000 excluding VAT, with a maximum value of €2,145,000 excluding VAT; the requested roles include Beveiliger A, trainee guard, Event Security Officer and, to a limited extent, Beveiliger 3.
