Renovation of the grounds at Ekenstein Estate in Appingedam

Summary

The Municipality of Eemsdelta is procuring renovation works for the grounds of Ekenstein Estate in Appingedam, as a single lot. The works include removing and renewing paths and other site features, earthworks and dredging approximately 950 m³ of pond sediment, installing about 5,730 m² of semi-paved paths and new bank protection, and planting trees, shrubs and water plants. The contract also includes maintenance of the green areas for one year after technical completion.
