Replacement of building services at Overbosch swimming pool

Summary

The Municipality of The Hague is procuring works to renew and improve the energy efficiency of the building services at Overbosch swimming pool, in one lot. The works include replacing the gas boilers with a hybrid system using air-to-water heat pumps, replacing the air-handling units, and modifying electrical distribution, control systems and pipe routes. Associated demolition, building and roof works, any necessary temporary provisions, and commissioning, testing, inspection and handover of the installations are also included.
