Maintenance of Civil Engineering Structures 2027–2031

Summary

The Municipality of Lelystad is procuring a framework agreement for maintenance of approximately 297 civil structures, mainly timber, concrete and steel bridges. The work includes routine cleaning and maintenance, local repairs, repairs to adjoining paving, and major maintenance including partial replacement of load-bearing structures. The contract covers one undivided scope, is estimated at €7 million excluding VAT, and is scheduled from 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2031, with an option for one two-year extension.
