A04.103.2025 – Temporary Staffing Framework Agreement

Summary

The Municipality of Leiden, on behalf of Leiden, Leiderdorp, Oegstgeest and Zoeterwoude, is procuring temporary staffing services to supplement their workforce, mainly for municipal roles up to and including salary scale 8. The single-lot framework agreement will have one supplier, with an initial two-year term and two possible two-year extensions, for a maximum of six years. The estimated value is €5–6 million per year (€30–36 million over six years); the maximum contract value is €40 million excluding VAT.
