Framework Agreement for Civil Engineering Works, Valkenhorst Phase 1, Katwijk

Summary

The Rijksvastgoedbedrijf is procuring civil engineering and public-realm works for the first phase of the Valkenhorst development in Katwijk under an eight-year framework agreement. The works will prepare and deliver infrastructure across approximately 250 hectares, including roads and paths, drainage and waterways, utilities, earthworks, temporary construction roads and facilities, landscaping, maintenance during construction, monitoring, engineering and coordination. The estimated framework value is €35 million, with a maximum value of €50 million. The first planned work package is construction-ready preparation of the future Hangaarlaan.
