Summary

The Municipality of Lansingerland is procuring integrated security services for its town hall, municipal yard and materials collection station in Bergschenhoek, in one lot. The services include on-site security, opening, fire and closing rounds, patrols, alarm response and control-room monitoring. The estimated annual value is capped at €315,000 excluding VAT. The initial term is four years from 1 May 2027, with three optional two-year extensions and a maximum term of ten years.
