Summary
The Ministry of General Affairs, through the Public Information and Communications Service, is procuring a four-year framework agreement with one contractor to coordinate photography assignments for participating Dutch government organizations. The contractor will manage a nationwide pool of photographers, match photographers to assignments, and provide coordination, production support, administration and delivery of photographs. The estimated value is approximately €1.4 million per year and €5.6 million over four years, excluding VAT; the maximum contract value is €8.4 million excluding VAT.
