Hairdressing and Barbering Training Materials

Summary

Stichting ROC Midden Nederland is procuring hairdressing and barbering training materials for the Beauty College under a two-lot framework agreement. Lot 1 covers student starter and equipment packs, including tools, consumables and a stand; around 450 packs are expected per year. Lot 2 covers real-hair practice heads in four types for hairdressing and barbering training, with around 230 heads expected per year. The agreement starts on 1 May 2027 for three years, with up to three one-year extensions.
