Temporary Engagement of Educational Specialists

Summary

The Cooperation Organisation for Vocational Education and Business is procuring a framework agreement with two providers for the temporary engagement of educational specialists and educational advisers. They will support the Testing Chamber and the Qualification Structure team in developing, maintaining and assessing qualification dossiers, elective units, certificates and related products. The two workstreams are not separate lots and are generally assigned to different providers to preserve the Testing Chamber’s independence. The estimated total value is €500,000 per year, including €155,000 for the Testing Chamber and €345,000 for the Qualification Structure team; the four-year estimate is €2,000,000 and the maximum contract value is €2,500,000 excluding VAT.
