Framework agreements for financial professionals

Summary

TU Delft is procuring four framework agreements for the temporary provision of financial professionals, primarily for its Finance Directorate, with work generally at salary scales 9–13. The core roles include credit control, financial and project administration, accounting, analysis and reporting, and business and project control; related finance-domain roles and outcome-based assignments may also be called off. The agreements cover one integrated lot, run initially for three years with three optional 12-month extensions, and have an estimated value of €5 million and a maximum value of €7.5 million, excluding VAT, over a maximum term of six years.
